RECIPE: Protein Bars

WHAT YOU NEED:


- 1 16 oz jar creamy organic peanut butter

- 1 1/4 cup honey

- 2 scoops Shakeology or protein powder

- 3 cups gluten free oats


DIRECTIONS:


Melt peanut butter in a bowl for 90 seconds and then mix in honey. Next add in the shakeology or protein and mix together. Then mix in oats. Spread in a 9x13 baking dish and put in fridge for an hour and then cut into pieces or roll into balls and enjoy! So freaking good!
